several lactation educators on staff.
Please
bring your insurance card every time you bring
your child to the office. It is needed if your
child has to have testing performed by facilities
not associated with PAD.

Carly grew up in Dallas and is a former patient of PAD.She has been happily married for five years and is the proud mother of a one-year old daughter.Previously, she has worked at Children’s Medical Center Dallas and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.In her free time, Carly enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.She is active in the community, serving on the board of both Ronald McDonald House Young Friends and Genesis Women’s Shelter Shareholders.
